Account email quotas

All free accounts on TweetByMail are subject to a maximum amount of emails delivered each week. This only counts your updates and tracking messages. Status updates sent to TweetByMail are not included.

Free accounts are limited to receiving 500 email messages per week. (it doesn't matter how many tweets are sent inside those messages) If your account goes over this limit, sending may be temporarily disabled, and will automatically resume on the next Sunday.

When your account is over the quota, you will still be able to send tweets and commands as usual.

How to stop going over your limit

Set TweetByMail to send updates less often. Try sending Twitter updates once every hour. You can still have keyword tracking (to catch any mentions) running every five minutes, as long as that doesn't generate too many messages.

Setting to "individual tweets" is the worst, and not recommended unless it's needed, such as for mobile phone messaging.

Upgrade to remove your limit

You can solve the problem when you Upgrade Your Account. Premium accounts at TweetByMail are "virtually unlimited", which means you won't have any quota issues unless you're really abusing the system.
